SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1. SHIPPING FROM THE NETHERLANDS

All JVBTOOLS orders are shipped from:

We ship to selected countries shown during checkout.

If your country is available as a shipping destination during checkout, we currently offer shipping to that destination.

SECTION 2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days.

Our estimated processing time is 1 to 2 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or Dutch public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions or holidays, processing may take longer.

SECTION 3. SHIPPING METHOD

All JVBTOOLS orders are shipped using untracked letterbox shipping.

This means that no tracking number is provided and your shipment cannot be followed after dispatch.

Orders are generally sent through postal networks and may be delivered directly to your mailbox.

The absence of tracking does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will always be able to see the applicable shipping cost before placing your order.

SECTION 5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Estimated delivery times shown during checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates and start after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery may take longer due to postal delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at jvbtools01@gmail.com.

SECTION 6. UNTRACKED SHIPMENTS

All orders are shipped without tracking.

Because these shipments do not include tracking, we are unable to provide live delivery updates or an exact location of your shipment after it has been dispatched.

For consumer purchases, JVBTOOLS remains responsible for the goods until they have been received by you or by a person designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can review the situation.

SECTION 7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at jvbtools01@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has been processed or dispatched.

If an order is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge reasonable additional shipping costs before resending the order, where permitted by law.

This does not apply if the delivery problem was caused by JVBTOOLS.

SECTION 8. LOST ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at jvbtools01@gmail.com.

Because our shipments are untracked, we cannot provide tracking information or locate an individual shipment while it is in transit.

For consumer orders, JVBTOOLS remains responsible for the goods until they have been received by you or by a person designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Where an order is considered lost, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include a replacement or refund.

SECTION 9. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at jvbtools01@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging where possible.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

SECTION 10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND IMPORT CHARGES

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside the control of JVBTOOLS.

For destinations outside the European Union, additional import charges may be payable when your order enters the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, import duties, taxes, customs charges and handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Where such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking the applicable import rules and charges in your country before placing an order.

Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays.

JVBTOOLS has no control over customs processing times or the amount of import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities.

SECTION 11. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If an order is refused, cannot be delivered or is returned to us because it was not collected, please contact us.

Any refund or reshipment will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Where permitted by law, reasonable additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect the shipment may be charged before reshipping.

This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by JVBTOOLS.

SECTION 12. RETURNS

Returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the products is your responsibility where permitted by law and where you have been informed of this in advance.

Different rules apply if a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
