RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at jvbtools01@gmail.com.
Returned products must be unused and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original condition.
Important information regarding stickers
You may inspect the stickers after receiving them. However, stickers that have been applied, attached, used or otherwise altered cannot normally be resold.
If you use a product beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning, you are responsible for any resulting reduction in value.
For stickers that have already been applied or used, this reduction in value may amount to the full purchase price if the sticker can no longer be resold.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you want a different product, you can return an eligible unused product in accordance with this return policy and place a new order.
Personalized and custom products
Products that are made according to your specifications or are clearly personalized cannot be returned under the EU right of withdrawal.
This includes personalized stickers, custom names, custom text, custom dimensions and designs made specifically for you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at jvbtools01@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will determine whether there has been any reduction in value caused by handling or use beyond what was necessary to inspect the product.
Any applicable reduction in value may be deducted from the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For valid withdrawals under EU consumer law, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law, including the standard delivery costs of the original order where applicable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back.
